Identify and apply ministry gifts effectively. Define mission and vision for ministry. Receive the Word and search the Scriptures (Acts 17:11). Write the vision and make it plain (Hab. 2:2).

 

Know Your Potential

Make your calling and election sure” (2Pet. 1:10). Understand how to function within established guidelines and Biblical principles.

 

Be Positioned

Define your value! (Ps. 139:14)

Develop your voice! (1 Pet 3:15)
